I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel, which is perfectly located just by the beach. The facilities were top-notch, and the hotel was very clean. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the convenient transportation options available in this area.

The hotel is located just a stone's throw away from the stunning beach and perfect for those looking to bask in the sun and laze around. the room service is impeccable, and the bathrooms are sparkling clean. the breakfast menu boasts a variety of dishes, and the views from the rooms are breathtaking.
The behaviour of most of the staff leaves much to be desired regarding their rudeness and lack of professionalism.

The luxurious Spa & wellness centre with its indoor swimming pool and sauna was outstanding. the massage and beauty treatments were incredible, and we enjoyed every moment of our time there. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a perfect addition to the peaceful garden area, where we could relax on the comfortable sun loungers.
While everything was great, the only minor issue we encountered was the lack of entertainment or night club on the premises. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were satisfying with a buffet breakfast and snack bar available.

The hotel's beachfront location was very convenient, and the rooms were a good value for the price. The on-site resort amenities added extra relaxation to the stay, creating a well-rounded experience.
The staff's level of training was sub-par and detracted from the overall experience. There were instances where supplies reserved for higher-ups were unavailable to guests.

Location by the beach was nice and the fact that the resort was affordable for Easter weekend was a plus. Room was decently clean upon arrival.
The hotel staff lacked manners and customer service skills. They refused to serve water and would make excuses about keeping it for their boss.
